Our time in Chicago (May 28-30) was fun, fruitful and...full. In two short days, we saw friends from school and friends from both our churches — EBF and ETC — and both ETC congregations — English and Taiwanese! It was good to see old friends, catch up, encourage and be encouraged. It was good to see our old homes, Chicago and Evanston, again.
We have so much to be thankful for! We were showered with hospitality. Thanks, Roger, Maggie & little Isaac, for letting us stay with you. Thanks, Nancy, for all the arrangements you made for us. Thanks, Pastor Yang, for your advice and support. Thanks, Tammy, for taking the time to meet up and talk about our work and future plans. Thanks, Andy and Joanne, for the great Memorial Day picnic. Thanks, James, Lawrence, Sylvia, Joel, Renee and Elida, for coming out to hang out! We miss you all.
