Please pray for us...

We are heading off on a five-week trip to India, Singapore and Korea. This huge journey with GoodSeed will involve three TERM seminars! Derek and John Krajec, another co-worker, will be helping John Cross with the teaching of these seminars. Chantal will be the secretary, a very important task because these trips tend to have at least ten things happening at the same time.

An important part of this trip is “field testing” John Cross’ newest book, By This Name, which has not been published yet. This book teaches the Gospel through chronological Bible teaching and targets those who come from a polytheistic (worship of many gods, such as Hindu or Buddhist) background. We hope to gather some useful feedback on the book before the first edition goes to print.

We desperately need your prayers! Please pray for us in the following areas:

• Safety in travel
• Health for all six of our team members, especially for John Cross as he will do most of the teaching, and he has not been 100% in terms of his health recently
• Strength to perservere and endure the long travel schedule
• Wisdom and clarity for our teaching
• Unity among the team
• That we would be good ambassadors for Christ
• Most importantly, that all of these will bring glory to God through our testimony and the preaching of His Word

Our itinerary:

Jan. 19-21: Fly to Bangalore, India via Seattle, San Francisco, Hong Kong and Singapore
Jan 22: Overnight train ride to Chennai, India (Two TERM seminars in Chennai and Dimapur, India)
Feb. 3: Fly from Calcutta, India, to Singapore (A TERM seminar in Singapore)
Feb. 14: Fly from Singapore to Seoul, S. Korea (A “why teach chronologically” seminar in Seoul, Korea)
Feb. 24: Fly home!
